PALS Club continually excepts applications for Scholarships and Upward Bound Awards. To be considered for a PALS Scholarship or an Upward Bound Award...

1. Click Button below to access PALS Scholarship Application form.
2. Save form to local desktop.
3. Fill out form.
4. Print form, sign (electronic signatures will not be accepted), scan form, and rename file to include your name.
5. Submit form to PALS Club.
